Database Management (90min) Feb 17th 11am AEDT

Learn the processes that will keep your database neat and tidy! This will be a workshop-style class where you can dig in can get some work done. We know that over the years a Nation can become cluttered and even unruly. We'll show you how to create and maintain a clean, and more effective, Nation year after year.

Email Deliverability  (90min) Feb 17th 1:15pm AEDT

Have you ever scrambled to get an email out to your supporters, hit send, and bam! -- your emailing capabilities were paused? What happens after you hit send can be mysterious. Community Generated Storytelling (60min) In person or virtual  Feb 17th 3pm AEDT

Kristin Gillies from For Purpose will take you on a journey to learn about how the practice of storytelling can transform your campaigning strategies, but not just storytelling as an output but instead, storytelling as a practice. See examples of real-world campaigns using NationBuilder to collect stories and present them in a way that brings the story to life.

Volunteer Grassroots Organising (60min) Feb 17th 4pm AEDT

In this presentation, CodeNation will provide a broad introduction to the difference between mobilising and organising volunteers, how SupporterBase helped the Teals organise for success, and how anyone who manages volunteers can use these principles to improve their processes and empower volunteers to achieve bold and transformational change.
